Our software is used across a wide range of parks from single operations to multi-park groups. We pride ourselves on delivering both first-class software and service to all our customers.

We use the In-Site booking system to manage our bookings for our National Trust campsites in the Lake District. We have found the system suits our needs and is flexible enough to meet our demands.

It is heavily used throughout all of our sites and stands up to this use very well. On initially transferring to the system, Insite staff were fully supportive and helpful in the technicalities of setting up a new system and the training and support they offered during this time was comprehensive, and easy to understand and follow. We have found the standard of support during our time using the Insite system to be excellent.

Insite staff are always available and ready to do all they can to help whenever a problem arises. It is reassuring to know there is someone on the other end of the phone who can be relied on to help when you need it.

The system fills our needs for the day to day running of the parks for both sides of the business our touring & camping and our static holiday home owners.

The training provided is adequate and being on hand, daily to offer support is very useful. Having someone to speak directly to on the telephone help desk helps continue a good working relationship.

County Online allow the system to be very adaptable, creating necessary amendments and reports tailored to our current needs as the business changes.

Having used In-Site since the year 2000 and seen its improvements through upgrades over the years I can honestly say what an excellent package it is.

The main contention with any software system is its easiness to use and understand. The good thing about In-Site is that the regular upgrades & improvements have not made the system complicated like some software and it has maintained its original conception of a simple but brilliant package.

In-Site has it both (our eldest daughter of 16 has used it since 14 to do bookings etc). The final question you have to ask is “how good is the backup support” and I can tell you from years of experience that it is absolutely first class and the staff are a credit to In-Site.

Having spent many years wrestling with a manual booking system comprised of large cardboard booking grids, paper booking forms and hand written arrivals lists we went looking for a computerised system and were delighted to discover In-Site. We looked at all bookings software that was available on the market at the time, and In-Site stood out. It was visually attractive and being a Windows based programme it was easy and familiar to use with a clear bookings chart overview which closely resembled the manual charts we were familiar with. Most importantly though, it did away with the necessity to manually update four different areas of our old paper booking system even for the most minor amendment.

We had the programme demonstrated here on the park in person by Judy initially, and have been successfully using it for our 180 pitch touring park since 2005. The programme is networked onto three computers allowing for enquiries and/or bookings to be made simultaneously. We haven’t had many problems with In-Site, but the odd glitch is easily sorted out, especially as technicians can be permitted to work remotely on our computers with In-Site Remote. We can both see the same screen and it is so much easier to show someone an issue rather than trying to describe it over the phone or by email. Any problem is always treated as a priority and resolved quickly. We have since gone on to incorporate other elements such as online payments and live internet bookings. In-Site is at the heart of our business and I cannot imagine working without it now!

I cannot begin to say how In-Site has improved our office. It is easy to use on a daily basis and the yearly set up is very simple, especially for something only used once a year – so easy to forget! I have also found the phone support to be very efficient and helpful whenever I have used them.

We are already benefiting from having customers on the system who have been before, so we can immediately say – ‘I see you’ve been before’ – which I think a nice personal touch. A big thumbs up to In-site.
